Note: this video is not about our exact disc sander, but most of the information is applicable.
What it's for: Sanding ends, edges, convex curves and angles quickly and accurately, with a tilting table and mitre fence.
How to use it: Connect the extraction, check the table gap (3mm max) and lock the table. Switch on, then hold the work flat on the table or against the mitre fence. Sand with light pressure.
Safety: No gloves or loose clothing. Wear glasses, ear protection and a dust mask. Use a jig for small pieces and keep fingers well clear of the disc and the gap.
